I have succeeded in installing Mac OSX 10.6.7 on ASUS P5K Deluxe by using SnowOSXUniFlash V1.2 (10.6.7). ( http://snowosx.blogspot.com/)
In restoring SnowOSXUniFlash1.2.img on thumb drive you have to run USB Image Tool as administrator. Otherwise you cannot change to "Device Mode"
The system installation takes not so long about 20 min. In customizing during installation, just choose the default items. Everything seems to be ok.
However there are several problems:
Sound
Lan
I used Kext Helper b7 in /Appications/Atools to install the following kexts
LegacyAppleYukon2.kext (found in /Applications/Atools/_Drivers/LAN)
VoodooHDA.kext (found in /Applications/Atools/_Drivers/Audio)
IOPCIFamily.kext (found in /Applications/Atools/_Drivers/System)
IONetworkingFamily (found in /Applications/Library/Extensions/ on the Hackintosh machine installed by iATOK S3, V2 (10.6.3) which can run on P5K-Deluxe without problems)

MAMP Pro and Moodle
Install MAMP Pro on Mac as usual.
/Applications/MAMP/htdocs is the document root
so the file in this folder can be seen from http://localhost:8888/test.php for example. (
Download Moodle standard version 1.9 (version 2.0 does not work with MAMP Pro 1.9.4 because php version 5.3.2 is available only while Moodle 2.0 requires PhP5 version 5.3.3)
Extract Moodle and place the folder of Moodle19 (named the folder by yourself) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/moodle19
Create folder in /Applications/MAMP/moodledata with chmod 777 for data
Create mysql database name moodle by phpmyadmin provided in MAMP Pro (user will be root with root password=database password)
Run http://localhost:8888/moodle19/install.php and follow the instruction in the browser.
Eerything will be ok with this installation procedure.
